James is very over protective and goes to great extents to keep them safe. And finally, LOVERS. One night stands, ex-girlfriends, and possible long term relationships are all open with James. so, james & lily will have a typical brother/sister relationship. james would probably be super protective over her, and she won't like it. the only part about it she'd like is that she gets a bit of attention from her brother. i'm thinking that we could set up some kind of plot eventually with a guy that lily likes, and james scares him off which pisses lily off and she ignores him for about a week or so? i think it'd be fun to rp them, james begging her for forgiveness, and lily giving this sort of 'hmph' attitude about it! (: whatcha think?

I agree that they would have a typical brother/sister relationship. James loves teasing his siblings, but really cares about them and is extremely overprotective. I love your idea for him to scare off a boy that likes her because it is definitely him. It'd be hilarious! xD

it's cem - play gemma too, lol. umm , so gemma & james would probably not get along at all . she's so stuckup and everything , i think they would be rivals for sure . however , i think they should have some sort of drunk run-in at the three broomsticks and maybe gem throws herself on him, and they kiss and whatnot, but don't take it far. so james feels odd about her when they see each other in the halls after that, but gem doesn't really care cause she kisses so many guys XD

Haha sure. I like that idea. I can definitely see them clashing due to the face they're both pretty proud and what not. Normally James wouldn't feel awkward for kissing a girl either, but since they were rivals before, it'd make him confused haha.

Although it may not always seem like it, James loves his father and highly appreciates him. He definitely feels close enough to him to ever come to him if he had a problem. Of course, there is the part of him that is more prominent that would not like Harry treating him like he was still a little kid. He might come off as slightly disrespectful, or uncaring, but he really isn't; he's just trying to prove that he can take care of himself.

James and Rose are pretty close friendship just as much as she does with Albus but does like playing pranks with James since the two of them like doing that. She doesn't pull pranks with Albus but most likely will with James. And plus she's the seeker for the Quidditch team and that part helped them get closer

I'd say Rose would be one of James' favorite cousins since, assuming they visited each other more often since Hermione, Ron, and Harry kept in close touch, he got to know her a little better and spent more time with her than some of his other cousins. He'd love to prank people with her. I can see him targeting some of the pranks at Albus, and him getting all upset at the two of them. xD Still, James is going to be protective over her like a big brother.

Yeah that seems like an awesome but she probably only play a prank on Albus if it's one he couldn't blame on her since the two of them are close as well but still wouldn't mean she wouldn't help James to pull a prank on Albus. And I so like the idea that he'd be protective of her like a big brother. She even knows that he cares about her just like a big brother would to a little sister.
